SHOCKING service

Disgraceful - unprofessional service - no respect - NO telephonic contact Ive been battling for 3 weeks to get our two Business class tickets reissued, then they reissued and we were downgraded to ECONOMY without our consent, and we paid extra for these changes to see the ticket 48 hrs later - ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK with this company they are full of **** promises.
