Can I sleeve no stars?

This company is a huge ****.. unfortunately I didn't do my research because their Facebook page is full of complaints

We booked a domestic flight. Made payment. Get to the airport and our ticket is nowhere to be found. We had to purchase another ticket

We try to call the company.. wait wait wait. eventually get a voice on the other side.. you mention your complaint and suddenly the phone drops? Hmmm... How do I get my refund?

And problem is is that they advertise on cheap flights and use known airlines with their ****s
