Refund of ticket due to COVID19

Early 2020, I had a ticket from Cape Town to Warsaw Poland, flying Qatar Airlines bought from BudgetAir. Covid made me change my plans. First I got a voucher, via the Airline direct because BudgetAir was, already then, not forthcoming. But with the second wave in Europe, I now rather have my refund. BudgetAir keeps on stating that they cannot help because it's a Qatar Airlines matter. I forwarded them the voucher-number that Qatar Aitrines sent me for them to be able to do the refund. Facebook is filled with groups complaining about BudgetAirs service (mostly UK clients), so I am sadly not alone. I just want my money back as Is my right.
