Refund

booked a Mango flight for 2 passengers through your website to Johannesburg from Port Elizabeth for today 27/08/2015. Reference MWGDHN. When we tried to check in today we were told Budgetair used its own credit card to book the actual flight. I realized there is no contact number for Budgetair so we had to buy new tickets at the same cost as we paid Budgetair in order not to miss the flight. Please kindly supply Mango with your credit card details so I can get my full refund. A confirmation whether telephonically or by e mail will be appreciated. I hope this is done swiftly in order to prevent any further inconvenience to me.
