Pathetic service !!!!!

Hi Guys,

please do not book any flights with them. I booked a specific flights for 12 people using different booking references. I picked up an error and immediate made contact with them to rectify 1 letter that was done incorrectly. They wanted to bill be R 1440.00 for this. After phoning the Cal centre, speaking to various people, I could not be assisted. they then send me a link over a weekend to pay. when I paid it the Monday, I was informed that the ticket was cancelled and that Emirates did not refund the ticket. After various emails to them, even the CEO , did I not get a reply. I got a telephonic call on the 23rd of January saying they cant book that specific person on the flight with us. I then requested options because we are actually 12 people flying. Long story short, I was told that Emirates didn't refund the ticket price. I requested this in writing. still waiting for this. I was put 12k out of pocket to book another flight.

Please do not make use of the service!!!!!!!!
