No follow up response

In Dec 2014 I booked a return flight from Johannesburg to Mumbai through [URL Removed] In April they informed me that my flight had been changed and that I had 48hrs to confirm such change. I have clearly indicated that I do not support such change, and as such am prepared to catch an earlier flight or will take a refund. Despite 8 automated email responses my wishes have not been met and I have been included on a flight I don't want to be on.<br> Unfortunately despite operating as a \South African"sub-division there is no office or contact number that I can approach a consultant on- my only recourse is that a human actually reads and responds to my 9th email query.
