Never book tickets with BudgetAir

Dont book tickets from BudgetAir as they dont have support system my tickets are cancelled and i am still looking for support from Budget Air but you cannot contact them directly they dont have customer support whenever i drop regarding my refund i always got automated response of "you query will be resolved within 5 working days " but from last 1 month those 5 days are not done.
