Good experience.

I bought our flights to Thailand in July 2018 on Budgetair. It was by far the cheapest available and I was super happy with my purchase. After reading many, many bad reviews later in the year I became very sceptical and stressed about our flight. Many people called them a '****' because they have terrible customer service. I was lucky enough to never deal with their customer service team (or lack thereof). Our flights (27 December 2018 and 6 January 2019) went as smooth as anyone would expect. One negative was: when booking we had to pay a booking fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere. They do love their hidden costs.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience with BudgetAir. We also met a couple of people on our flight that had a similar experience to ours.

In the future I will be booking flights through a travel agent to save myself the stress.
