Flight Cancellation and Refund taking more than 2 months to reflect

You can start by replying to peoples questions and queries instead of only sending an automated response. My flights were cancelled 2 months ago and I still haven't received my refund. No one has bothered coming back to me and the airlines has confirmed they have paid my money over to BudgetAir. What is taking so long and when am I getting my money?
