Diabolical and disgusting service

Disgusting service. Wasting 1 week of my holiday trying to get them to reschedule a flight they have messed up. Booked in Nov 18. Multiple schedule changes followed by failure to communicate by phone. Customer service line hopeless and not able to make the changes. Budgetair would not admit they have made a mistake in processing a schedule change until I phoned the airline who could view their mishaps and failed booking attempts. Disgusting customer service have wasted over 7 hours of my holiday and still do not have a confirmed flight home despite booking on November 2018. They have even admitted sending invalid tickets to me with no flight available yet still fail to confirm a flight on an alternative date. Disgusting
