Definitely not a 'budget' booking!

After booking flights for my manager, the amount that the booking showed was much more than the actual booking when the e-ticket arrived with a difference of R1100. After numerous emails and attempts to get hold of BudgetAir telephonically, the issue has still not been resolved. The number shown on their website for SA doesn't work and emails are ignored. We'll never use them again.
