BudgetAir.com refunds - money that is never to be seen again!

I made flight bookings with BudgetAir.com for international flights. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the flights. Cancellation was done over two months prior to our arranged travel dates and a refund for a % of the amount was due to me. It has been almost three months since the cancellation and no refund has been received. I have been in contact with BudgetAir but their response is just 'we are investigating your case' and I have not heard from them again.
