Never ever deal with them, they have a chat bot, there's no live support available, when you phone a UK number you end up in an Indian call centre who will lie and say they are a different company. The guy told me I'm stupid, literally. I have to agree with him anyone buying tickets through this trash company is stupid. ********ly negligent ****bags.
