Budgetair.com are *******

Booked a flight with Qater Aitlines through Budgetair from Cape town - Doha - New York- Fort Lauderdale return Aug 2022. Flight from cape town was cancelled by 7 hours, which meant I had a 19 hour stay over in New York, could not get in touch with Budgeair for hotel accom so booked and paid myself. Next day my flight was with American Airlines and they did not have my name on the list so booked and paid myself. Total paid for hotel and flight was $590.00, Could not call or contact Budgetair. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY CARE NOTHING FOR THE TRAVELLER - SAVE MONEY AND BOOK WITH THE ACTUAL AIRLINE. I do not expect Budgetair to respond to this, they are based in Amsterdam and are a bunch of *******.
