BUDGETAIR..........BEWARE

Due to COVID 19 crisis had to cancel my family's overseas trip. Most booking platforms eg booking.com, AIRBNB were fantastic and I received a full refund. However this was not the case with with flights. Used Skyscanner to source flights, selected Emirates flights to and from Europe and these were booked through BUDGETAIR; (Budgetair.ZA [mailto:***) ......here is payment record for the flights: 27 Oct Budgetair Southafrica Amsterdam R36 132.00

As we were not allowed to fly I tried from 6 days before scheduled flight to cancel flights and received a refund or at least get a voucher for the amount paid. After one emailed response I have received nothing further from BUDGETAIR. They are also un -contactable on their published contact numbers - automated response. feel extremely let down by them as a service provider and would strongly advise that anyone using Skyscanner to source flights definitely not select BUDGETAIR as the third party booking agent..
