BudgetAir STOLE my money! They STOLE it.

I have reported BudgetAir to the IATA, and the booking website Jetcost. Moreover, I have posted on their Facebook account, all over my facebook and social media, and I have written on HelloPeter.

I am trying to get this company blacklisted.

I booked a flight through BudgetAir. They emailed me back saying that "Unfortunately, your booking request on BudgetAir failed. During the booking process, the airline provided us incorrect seat availability for the price you selected, but regrettably, we were unsuccessful to rebook your seats. However, we can offer you the same flight for a higher price."

BudgetAir stated that the money owed (R 14 800.00) would be refunded into my account within 10 days. This would make it the 21st of August. I have not yet received my money and the airline is not taking my calls or responding to any of my emails.
