BudgetAir payback the money!!!!

My Flight to Thailand has been cancelled by both me and the agency due to Covid-19. The cancellation was agreed on in February 2020 and the flight was scheduled for June 2020. I was going with a party of 9 people, of which 7 people have been refunded, yet myself and mother and father have been waiting and sending emails and have of late not been getting any response form the agency. I WANT MY REFUND IN FULL
