Budgetair is the worst travel website which just ****s people

I had booked my flight on Skyscanner, which was redirected to budgetair.com website Booking reference: BZA-*** Flight number: EK776

I personally entered my details, I.e. first name Kajal and my surname being a double barrel, Singh Nundlal.

On my airline ticket it was stated, Mrs Kajal SinghKajalSinghNundlal,

Due to this Emirates, denied me access until I contact Budget Air and have you guys rectify my Name according to my passport.

At this time I had an hour 30mins before flight closure. I called the three different contact numbers on the website and was on hold for 45mins with no answer. I also emailed over 5 times with no response.

I was then down to the mins before closure, and was left with no other choice but to book a new return ticket from Durban to Dubai, as weighed heavily on my employment. This set me back R9000.

This is no fault of mine, as i correctly inserted my details, and upon realizing this issue, I tried corrective contact procedures, but was a failed attempt.

Due to this I am now financially out of pocket.

I am appalled at the lack of communication from this travel website and total ignorance of my emails to date.

I demand a full refund as it was no fault of mine.
