BudgetAir dodging client refunds

I booked flight tickets through Budgetair.com from Vietnam to Johannesburg and back. I was supposed to return to Vietnam on 7th of April 2020 but due to the lock down my flight was cancelled. I have been struggling for 6 months to get a refund from Budgetair.com. I have e-mailed them numerous times and every time I get an automated e-mail back saying that they are working on it and waiting for the airline to refund them. I have contacted Qatar and they said that I need to get my refund from Budgetair.com as I booked and paid them. There is absolutely no help from BudgetAir's side and all their contact numbers have disappeared from the internet so I cannot even phone and speak to someone, which suggest to me that they are hiding from their customers and don't want to refund this money. I am sick and tired of being sent back and forth between BudgetAir and Qatar for my refund!!! I want my money back and I want it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
