BUDGETAIR ARE ********!!!!

this company is terrible. I booked tickets to F Lauderdale through them and had to return due to Hurricane using a different flight company. AirTransat provided a refund but has to be through BudgetAir. I spent days to be able to talk to them and when they answered the people who rep**** was from India, extremely rude and insensitive. They have no customer service s****s at all. Beside everything, I am still waiting to get a reply from them for two months now. I tried to contact by email and phone but they either hang up or do not reply to my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ********!!!!! I am very serious.Their office is in Netherlands and local numbers are not working. They have been *****ed so many people. Their business is very well thought how to ***** people. They do not allow AirTransat to reimburse my entitlements. They know that if we want to sue them they do not have local office in Canada so we CANNOT sue them. BEAWARE!!! BE AWARE!!!!
