Budget Air very unprofessional..please beware

Please do not book the tickets from this site. I have dropped them several messages for refund on my trip which was cancelled by them due to Covid restrictions. I contacted the airlines and they advised that the refund has been done from their side but this website have a standard answer from a chat bot. You cannot have a conversation with any Agent coz their is no call centre where u can contact. They don’t have any social media presence for u to complain on any platform. I am so frustrated with this website..there is no way u can reach them.. email reply is one time a day..and it doesn’t say much as they are all standard answers with no action and no ETA.
