Budget air poor service

I have booked flights through Budget Air. They debited my account and then tell me afterwards the advertised flights are not available anymore. They did not offer me any other flights and say we need to wait 5 to 10 working days to get our money back. How can they advertise flights and then not give you any service at all? Please do not use them!!!!
