Budget Air is ****

I booked a ticket to attend a conference in Birmingham with budget air on the 19th April.Unfortunately I did not receive my VISA on time. According to my booking I am eligible for free cancellation. I phoned the budget air call centre after I sent an email on the 17 April with no response.The lady I spoke to told me I can not get refund because the conditions of the airline do not allow that. When I ask her about the free cancellation she kept on telling me about airline conditions that I was never told of. Budget Air is ****.

I want my money back as promised in the conditions.
