Budget Air is a ****

**** **** ****! After 3 years my money still hasn't been refunded after cancelled flights. You just get to speak to a bot and no phone lines or direct emails. After 3 years I got through to a real human, and they said they no longer were giving out refunds.... so.... they literally stole our money? What a JOKE
