Budget Air are *******

I booked 2 flight tickets from Capt Town South Africa to Walvisbay Namibia, via their website on 13 February 2016. The amount was paid via credit card and deducted from my bank account. The flight was supposed to be on 24 February 2016<br> <br> After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails to them They confirmed that booking was confirmed with the airline and they have sent the e tickets to me via email which was never received.<br> <br> I confirmed with the airline who could not find a booking in my name for that date made via Budget air. <br> <br> I never received the air tickets and had to cancell my trip as well as accommodation paid for. <br> <br> Budget Air is a big **** taking money from clients without delivering the goods. That is theft
