Blatant *******

Absolutely terrible company! I read the fine print and made sure that my ticket included luggage as they usually try charge you again for this. After I paid they came and said that I would have to pay extra if I wanted to bring any luggage. Luckily I had taken screenshots and after a lot of time and effort finally managed to make them admit that I had already paid for luggage. But this isn't even the worst. My flight was canceled and they refused to give me a refund even though their site, and my ticket say that I am entitled to one. It has been a year and they still have my money. I truly wish that I had the time and money to sue these people, as they are ****** who are blatantly steeling peoples money.
