BEWARE - budgetair!!!!

We booked the Qatar tickets with budgetair South Africa end of May. We had no issue receiving the tickets, and I see now that we were truly blessed judging by the reviews here! They took the money, we got the tickets. Halfway through our trip we decided we needed more time with our Mom as our Dad passed away. So we tried to change the tickets. First of all, they told me on the chat (when there were still agents there) that there are no flights, but I could see the flight on Qatar website directly. It took a day back and forth with them on their useless chat with multiple "agents" to actually get them to find me a ticket, we even tried to cancel and rebook, but they said because half of the ticket was used, we will not get any money back....Eventually, they charged us R1500 admin fees, plus extra R4000, because apparently the ticket fare was higher. We paid. Eventually, after a day, we got the ticket changed! The issues came in when we tried to contact them 2 weeks ago, after we missed our connected flight because of another flight delay, and in turn had to book another ticket at the airport with another airline just to fly out... They do not have a phone number to call! The chatbot says there are live agents available, but it is impossible to get them on chat, as the chatbot doesn't give that option at all anymore! I have sent them 4 emails in the past 2 weeks and none of them are answered! I have lost R15000 because I cannot get thru to them to process a refund!!
