Bad Service regarding change of flights

We need to change flight times via Budget Air as we booked our holiday via them<br> The Budget Air call centre person by the name of Henry Shaun (which I doubt) <br> Said I must arrange with the airways myself.<br> <br> The question is this:<br> Why do they get commission to book flights if they are not capable to help when you need to reschedule flights.<br> They get commission on bookings ....so what now.<br> <br> He did not what to give me the surname of his manager said his name is John and I must phone back in 4 hours as he is in a meeting... <br> And maybe he will response in 48 hours.<br> If they do your booking it takes minutes<br> <br> Please do not use budget air travel!
