Bad Customer Service from Budget Air

I purchased tickets from the Budget Air website for 8 people from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get through to them via their contact telephone number which says that they only open at 10h00 - it is now 10h20 and I am still getting the same recording, so sent two emails with my questions to them. I received an answer that Thai Lion Airways changed the schedule times and it is beyond their control, however, my questions were not with regards to the changes but information that I need to purchase Luggage Allowance. Really bad service from Budget Air!!!
