Airline - Shocking lack of service or understanding

Never, and I mean NEVER buy a ticket through budget Air.I had a horrible misfortune and wanted to cancel two flights that I had booked, one of them 39 days in advance and all my emails and very kind requests to change or cancel, have been laughed at. The agents/clerks answering have a standard stuff you and that is about that. I cannot see how the consumer has any recourse with them. I even tried to change the passenger name so that they would not be out of a cent, but NADA, nothing apart from a "we don't do that"finish and klaar. I am obviously slightly more than peeved amd although not a big traveller, I certainly will not spend my yearly ave of about R20 000 n flights with them in future.
