A year later, still waiting for my refund

I have been asking Budget Air for my covid cancelled flight refund for over a year. The airline has told me that they have been refunded but it is proving extremely difficult to get this refund. I keep getting fobbed off by customer service. Its impossible to find any contact details for their offices. I will never trust this travel agency again. If I could have made it 0 stars I would have.
