Even when they're (slightly) bad, they are still excellent.

My wife and I have been using Buddy's for years now, and we've never had an issue. They are always on time, professional, and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that transports you and your car safely home.

On saturday, I had scheduled a Buddy's to fetch me at 9pm. They phoned me at 9pm on the dot to ask if the driver has arrived. Sadly, the driver didn't pitch, but they organised a new driver, and it only set me back 40 minutes. However, throughout the whole ordeal, Buddys kept me up to date, the new driver arrived exactly at the time they told me, and the trip home was free; on them.

All businesses have set backs at time, but even during this minor set back they delivered beyond expectations. I even received a call from the operations manager on Monday morning apologizing for the mishap, and reiterating that I would not be paying for the trip home. Was not expecting that!

Amazing service, all the time.
