Wrong information used to reject claim by Axsure / WARNING

I was involved to an accident on the 17 August 2017 , and my claim was rejected based on wrong information First rejection I was accused of driving under influenced and was later on waved after providing all Traffic report obtained on read blocks

Second rejection was based on wrong Trip Report which Axsure cannot even explain where did they go it from Axsure management requested trip report for accident investigation to my CarTrack, and they were made aware that there is no other Trip Report accept the one provided to me as well . Axsure come – ups with their Trip Report from where on one knows and they use these information to reject Claims CarTrack confirm that the trip report they have provided to me shoul be the same as the on provided to the Axusure insurance because they are coming from the same system These is a serious warning
