VERY BAD SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES

<p>I have insurance with Axsure Administrators and their service is VERY VERY BAD. On yhe 5th July someone knocked my car and drove off(hit and run) it happened pass 7pm. Since axsure dont have a helpful call centre that works till late, i had to phone the following day. I phoned the following day so early and it was a hustle to get someone to assist as whenever you phone them ********** /22 your call goes thru the answering machine. As frustrated, stressed as i am i had to keep on buying airtime to call axsure just to get someone to assist me. I eventually phoned western international offices to atleast get someone from axsure to call me as they are partners. A guy by the name of Bubele phoned me after so many hours and just sent the claim forms to my email never explained anything to me. I tried to phone them again as i needed some clarity about the forms and the inspection,etc. But still i couldnt get anyone to help. As it qas a hit and run i did not even know if i should go open a case or not. Still needing assistance and advices, no one could help me and no one could talk with me except for the answering machine. I kept on phoning axsure to just get help and till this day no one has bothered to phone me back or to even enquire about my claim. Every month they debit my money without me giving them any problems but just to get someone to assist no one is available. Today is the 14th and i still haven't received any help from axsure. I dont even have a police report as the police told me i was supposed to come within 24 hrs and no one from axsure advised me of that even the guy Bubele. I don't know if this company amd western international is a **** or what. I have never seen such an insurance company and i regret the first day i joined them as i was still a new driver. I want my money back from axsure that i have paid them so i can fix the car myself. Axsure they ***** people of their monies and they are nowhere to be found. I need my money back. </p>
