UNPROCESSED CLAIM

Good daySir/Madam My name is Tebogo I have a car insurance with Axsure company my claim number is ***. My car was involved in an accident on 25 July 2021 and it was towed the same day by Axsure company. The accident report and settlement papers from the bank was sent to the company to be processed till to date I didn't receive a feedback from them, the montly installment from the insurance and the bank has been deducted from my account.
