This is the worst insurance ever I would never recommend this to anyone

Worst insurance in the world I've logged a claim earlier December they have been telling me to send 4 pages report I went back to the police station to ask for that then the police said there's no such thing after you reported an accident they give you a paper showing that you have logged the claim I went back to Faith Mdlalose she is the one who is dealing with my claim she said said they can't proceed the claim without that 4 pages she even sent me a page explaining how to do an accident report I asked her where does it says the driver must send 4 pages report to the insurance since that email now she's not responding to my emails I called her asking her to check my email she said she will check since from then she's not picking my calls I called the company and CHS claims they been saying we will call you after 5 minutes this is another year now I'm still waiting for their 5 minutes I call them every day even today I called them they will tell you that claim department will call you after 5 minutes I regret the day I joined this insurance luckily I ddnt add my other cars to this insurance I only added 1 I'm so disappointed I would never recommend this company to anyone never
