I complained here and they called me last week we haven’t finalised anything yet but they are trying to hear my cry after almost 4 months of no direction
I’m still talking with my lawyers too about some few things
I’m giving them 5 stars because I think everyone deserves a second chance
All I can is that they are trying
When everything is done I shall come back for a proper or final review

03 Dec 2023, 22:40I promised to come back with a better review because I thought they are hearing me how I wish I first came here because I can see there alot of complains about the company all I can say is I was given false hope I thought that we might reach a resolution only to find they were just tagging me along. Last week I got a instructions that they will no longer talk to me horrible horrible experience just wanted my car fixed it’s been a long fight I’m depressed
I hope someone sees this and I hope they don’t have to go through what I went through It’s so painful
