Terrible service

I was involved in a car accident last year July i claimed on my car insurance which till today I havent received my car back it has been over 6 months the administrator has not investigated nor gave me any response i have sent several emails to no joy i would never recommend this company to any one the service is bad to think i have been the car including insurance but I don't have the car i need urgent response.
