****SURE INSURANCE

<p>I was an Axsure client, and everything went smoothly when I was signing up.<br /><br />I got into an accident and it took 3 months for them to handle my claim whilst they where still debiting a premium from my account. They eventually did the claim, the car was written off and I had to pay about 65K because of their ridiculous excess conditions. </p> <p> </p> <p>Axsure said they'd claim ownership of the previous vehicle because it was a write off. The log book got sent out to them.<br /><br />After everthing got sorted out, I bought a new car, and now I can't renew the license disk on that car because I'm apparently still the owner of that vehicle according to motor licensing department. I have been calling them to sort this out or atleast give me the log book so I can sort it out, but they keep saying the admin department will get back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am furious with this company, as it is the most ***********, ****tiest company I have had to deal with. It really does not care about it's clients after u sign up and I urge anyone who is still with them to seek alternative insurance no matter how much of a cheap premium Axsure givesyou. I also urge potential new clients to not look their way, even if you get a cheap quote.</p>
