Stressed

I was involved in an accident on January 2019 and assessor confirmed the vehicle is a write off and they requested a Settlement letter from the bank and copy of Natis. Then I was told my claims handler is doing final checks on my claim and would be done in 3 days time but now it's the second week and nothing seems to be happening, I called in yesterday and was told my file is with management but the couldn't tell me when it would be done so I wrote an email to them this morning and someone at the disputes responded and told Terrence to assist me regarding this matter but no contact till now.
