Poor service at axsure insurance

I'm William Mthelezi from Mpumalanga on 18th July 2018 I was going to work I hit a *** with my car I was doing night shift I called axsure roads assistance to help me tow my car, they towed my car to a storage yard and now axsure is refusing to fix my car actual the problem is the guy called bubele he is a real problem, now is being 2 months my car standing at the storage yard bubele even told my portfolio manager that we can do what ever we want he is not going to approve my claim I don't miss premiums I'm paying every month I disappointed with axsure their service minus 100% poor they don't care about their clients what they are doing to me they are going to do to the next person.
