Please don't ever use Axsure insurance is a bad service and and give wrong information about there insurance

<p>I got agreement form form Axsure insurance saying that I must pay R33 452, 00 for excess. The is no way a normal person can agree to that amout in life. The amount that I know I must pay as excess is R2500. They even said if I don't sign the agreement form I will be responceble to pay the towing amout and the amount of panel beater storage. I asked them to send the recorded conversation were I agreed to pay that amount but still no proof. After 2 months after my accident n't they never call me I have to call them everyday I'm disable no car have to use taxis everyday I'm in pain en I have to deal with this get one answer in 3 weeks en still there consultants can't even explaine this agreement they telling me about how useless it's the second time complaining BT just to show they only care about my premiums BT not my welbeing en there service </p>
