Pathetic insurance m.sure

On the 21/11/19 my car broke down the oil filter was leaking I took it to the dealership the next day 22/11/19 to see if they can assist me unfortunately they couldn’t they told me to claim from my insurance, so I called the insurance the same day to claim and to tow the car from the dealership nothing happened the car was there for a night they tow the car on the 23/11/19 I was told to be there at 8 o’clock the tow truck was going to be there by insurance I waited till 1 o’clock after nomerous calls to them eventually they came . The address they sent to me was an auction place in pinetown were they said my car was going to stay, I had to call compliance insurance brokers ***) he told the tow truck driver that the car could stay with them instead the person by the name of Isheren Cloete sent the tow truck to me but then they said I requested that tow truck which is incorrect. I have been speaking to Melandre Job , Shall and,Antoinette they still didn’t help me fix my car 25/11/19 I was called to send again my claim forms but still my car is not registered and no reference number given to me . I have been paying this insurance they good in deducting money but to do their work they can’t deliver I am met with million questions and procedures, on the 10/12/19 I was told to go to the police station to write a statement after weeks the accident happened by the name of Cameron Perumal still my car is not fixed
