One week no claim registered

<p>I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my claim. </p> <p>I sent in my completed claim forms a week ago. <br />This claim has not even been put on the system yet!<br /><br />It started from when I had to phone in and listen to stupid jokes for 8 minutes before getting through to anyone that can be of help.<br />The person I got through to was the only helpful one out of everybody I have had contact with.</p> <p>I have heard NOTHING from the claim handler in 5 DAYS. <br />This is absolutely unacceptable.<br />Phoning the claims line is tedious, has this been done purposefully to irritate clients? <br />I am sitting with NO transport and the service I am getting from them is non-existent.</p>
