Not trustworthy and very ***********.
I got into an accident on the 11th November and reported everything to them. They took their time to go inspect the car after a week I called and they kept telling me that they have not appointed my case to anyone and they will keep in touch however they didn't I am the one who kept calling them and eventually they decided to write off my car. Okay it's no biggie but now I have signed the relevant forms and submitted all required documents and they told me to wait 10 days...I am on day 16 now and they still haven't given me my payout nor accurate information on what's happening they don't call me,I keep calling them but don't get any solid response as to what's happening,I have been with this insurance for 4years and have never claimed for anything before now. Now they are querying my tracker report whilst every thing is on black and white and submitted to them on time. May I please have my car back and my 4 years premiums back
