No accountability pathetic service

I got insurance with Pathetic company like Axsure I was involved in accident in August 2017 till today no feedback I was advise that Fabiano guy is handling my claim then I email him no response, call their pathetic call centre agents they can not help as they told me stupid Fabiano is no longer handling my claims they told to email franscoist still no luck. I am fed up Please fix my car I demand feedback.
