<p>Since an incident on the 5th of may till today havent got my car. I was told to pay access fee of R26 000.00 ,i then cancelled that claim so can fix car myself still now axsure dont want to release my car from their panel beater. They keep cc me on emails with different people who cant help. They just rude on the phone and they dont want to release my car. Have been calling them since they dont call clients when they having claims all they want its money. I spoke to Alysha ( ab brokers) who keeps postponing my calls and nadia ( axsure) have seen been quite and not even calling. Very bad service from both ab brokers and axsure</p>
