Insurance refusing to repair my vehicle after an accident and came up with excuses

I had the worse experience with axsure the insurance that was referred to my by the dealership lady when purchased my car. They been taking money from my account for premiums then on the 5 October had an accident and the car was taken by their towing to SMD capetown while they did investigation. Then after a month they rejected liability on the fact that i had so many kilometres travelled. Even when I told them i drove to Kzn home as this was a new car. This insurance is a *******. I went get my car from SMD and just in November the same month i got it back again accident happened when they totally refused to help once again. As we speak I have cancelled such useless vehicle insurance company by westnat insurance brokers.
