Insurance claim

<p>i was involved in a car accident on the 7/10/2016 and since then i have recieved no help at all from Axsure car insuarance , getting my car towed and to the testing cetre i had to do it my self and when ever you call their consultants no one is willing to assist they even have the nerve of dropping the phone on your ear .Then finally on the 27/10/2016 i received an sms from their claims department saying that an assesor has been assisgned my case and till this day i am waiting for feedback , a gentleman by the name of Lucky Mututul was assisgned to my case but what an *********** individual he is . I truly encourage people not to use this insurance company as it does not care at all about its clients.</p>
