Horrific service and turnaround times

The absolute worst. They make empty promises and NEVER get back to you as a client. I was involved in an accident towards the end of July and the car was written off. They still haven’t sorted it out and it’s now towards the end of August. They keep saying they are waiting for the manager’s approval and they’ve been saying that for over a week. Sibongiseni Qwesha who’s been dealing with my claim is supposedly always absent or too busy to take my call. This insurance company is such a big mistake and I don’t understand how they’re still in business
